1. Service Overview & Usage License
Links Waali grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, free license to generate and share smart deep links, generate vector QR codes, and create creator profiles. The service is provided without mandatory user registration for general utility and non-malicious commercial sharing.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (Zero-Tolerance Enforcement)
To protect the safety of all mobile users, you strictly agree NOT to use Links Waali to create links pointing to or facilitating:
Fake login portals, credential harvesting, banking impersonation, or payment scams.
Direct downloads of malicious APKs, viruses, ransomware, or drive-by spyware.
Automated bot mass link generation, deceptive redirects, or search engine manipulation.
Copyright infringement, illicit goods, non-consensual imagery, or violent material.
Links violating these policies will be terminated immediately and added to global threat blacklists without notice.
3. Platform Realities & Native App Handoff
Links Waali generates links that propose app-specific URI schemes and Universal Links to the user's device. However, operating systems (iOS, Android) and third-party apps control the final routing decision based on whether the application is installed and how system defaults are configured. We do not guarantee forced app execution if the user's operating system rejects the handoff.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Links Waali is an independent deep linking infrastructure platform. Product names, logos, and brands (including YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Amazon, Pinterest, and others) mentioned on this website belong to their respective trademark holders. Mention of third-party platforms does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Links Waali is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted 100% uptime, although we engineer for high availability across global edge nodes. In no event shall Links Waali be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from link downtime or third-party webview modifications.
